I’m Michael Basco.
I’m a professional chef and long-term campervan traveller. My cooking experience includes professional kitchens and private-chef work.
Since 2015 I’ve been cooking, travelling and documenting life on the road, cooking from campervans, working seasonally, travelling across Europe and learning what actually works when space, equipment and ingredients are limited.
ChefCampers grew out of that experience — bringing together professional cooking and real overland life.
Today, I work with food, outdoor cooking, camping and campervan brands to create recipe films, editorial articles and branded content rooted in that experience.
